Adelaide filmmaking collective Stakeout Films are collaborating with award-winning actor Jordan Cowan to produce their debut feature entitled ‘LOT 14.’ This independent festival piece explores the danger of guilt, illustrating how our conscience can become a force more powerful than law or religion. Designed as a micro-budget 90 minute cinematic experience, the film will utilise a single set and two actors to showcase smart filmmaking in a contained story world.
The shoot will be over 20 days in August of 2021.

SYNOPSIS
During a late night thunderstorm, Riley seeks shelter in a seemingly deserted trailer park. She finds refuge in the isolated trailer home of Patrick, a strange and lonely resident who allows Riley in under the guise of providing her with temporary relief from the weather. The longer the night wears on and the more Riley uncovers about Patrick, the more difficult she finds it to leave. Soon Riley begins to question Patrick’s intentions, while Patrick begins to question his own grip on reality…
